Please do it anyway. Light themes are just crap. Bad for the eyes and dazzling. That's why dark themes are just better. and the new version no longer has the default theme, which is why the module creators do not create anything for bootstrap4 either. With version 2pr8 you've messed everything up right now.

There's now a light/dark mode and navbar colour chooser for Default Revamp in pre-release 9

Somehow the dark mode only works in the admin panel  and when logged out on the board.

As soon I am logged in, the board turns to light mode. Please assist.

You can now find a switch for Dark/Light mode for your own user in the website footer (bottom left of the page).

I'll look into making the option set in the StaffCP as a default for all users in the next release.

just edit template.tpl from 1 to 0 and dark-mode is defauled.

You can literally do it from template settings
