I Am Trying To Hide Staff Appeals Forms From Groups Like Members but i dont know if its possible

You are telling you want to hide the forms from showing up at the navigation on the actuall site? Well thats not possible :/

Well if you want something configured like someone posts an appeal, but it is only visible to them and staff and no other user can access it but them and staff, you can just disable the checkbox "Can view other users' topics?" for everyone but staff, and when a player posts an appeal, only staff can view it.
Take my bug reports configuration for example.
