Hey I am trying to figure out how to change the navbar color on the DefaultRevamp theme. I added below the following code. This is my custom.css file. I applied it and tried to do ctrl-f5 but it didn't work. Can someone explain what I did wrong?

One thing to mention first is that if you use Cloudflare, you need to purge the cache in there.

Do you think it could be a setting in cpanel that would be causing this issue?

As you're using the normal Default template you'll need to override Bootstrap's navbar colours.

The navbar class is navbar navbar-expand-lg fixed-top navbar-dark bg-dark so something like

would need adding for each element in the navbar (note this will recolour only the base navbar, you'll need even more CSS to recolour each link, active + hover statuses; right click on each section of the navbar -> Inspect Element to get info on the CSS)
