The Forms Module is a versatile and powerful add-on for NamelessMC websites, enabling administrators to create customizable forms for various purposes, such as staff applications, support tickets, ban appeals, bug reports, contact forms, and more. This module integrates seamlessly into your website, offering a user-friendly interface for both administrators and users. With robust features and active development, it’s an essential tool for community-driven websites looking to streamline form submissions and enhance user engagement.

• Unlimited Form Creation: Create as many forms as needed for different purposes, such as applications, tickets, or feedback.
• Customizable Fields: Supports a variety of field types, including text, number, radio, checkbox, file upload (PNG/JPEG), and more, with options for regex validation, default values, and character limits.
• Discord Webhook Integration: Automatically send notifications to Discord when forms are submitted, with customizable embeds and status colors.

Installation

• Upload: Extract and upload the contents of the upload directory to your NamelessMC installation's root directory.
• Activate: Navigate to StaffCP -> Modules in your NamelessMC admin panel and activate the Forms module.
• Configure: Customize forms, permissions, and settings via the staff panel.
