With this module you can create forms where users can submit submissions and can be used such as

  • Applications
  • Tickets
  • Ban Appeals
  • Bug Reports
  • Contact Us
  • Can make whatever you want

Installation:

  • Upload the contents of the upload directory straight into your NamelessMC installation's directory
  • Activate the module in the StaffCP -> Modules tab

Features:

  • Create a form for anything and as many you want example Applications, tickets, ban appeals, bug reports, contact us, etc
  • Status system
  • Powerfull permission system per form
  • Captcha option per form
  • Webhooks integration for new submissions and updated submissions (Useful for discord notifications)

  • User being notified when staff update the submission
  • Discord Bot with allow users to submit new submission from Discord

My third review of this plugin xd. It is very well done, but I would like to have the possibility to delete submissions. Furthermore a function would be good to close forms and reopen them at another time. I would also like to be able to set how often a person can reply to a form

Works flawlessy, although I would like to see the ability to assign a submission to a user that has submitted the application as a guest.

Great resource. Works great! It also suprised me (reading the description of the resource) that PARTY HAS A WEBSITE!

Good Module Addition, however you should add limits, so people can't spam applications. Like for example only allow users to submit one app at a time, and not keep filling out garbage and submitting just to annoy staff.
