With this module you can create forms where users can submit submissions and can be used such as

• Applications
• Tickets
• Ban Appeals
• Bug Reports
• Contact Us
• Can make whatever you want

Installation:

• Upload the contents of the upload directory straight into your NamelessMC installation's directory
• Activate the module in the StaffCP -> Modules tab

• Powerfull permission system per form
• Captcha option per form
• Webhooks integration for new submissions and updated submissions (Useful for discord notifications)
• Comments systems
• Search for submissions
• User being notified when staff update the submission
• Discord Bot with allow users to submit new submission from Discord
• Ability to submit submission to forum
